In 1975, the Arab Oil Embargo had opened up new and challenging opportunities in
marketing oil and gas drilling programs (tax shelters) in the investment industry resulting
in a major career change for Kittler with an exploration company specializing in the
funding of oil and gas investments, limited partnerships and direct participation drilling
and completion programs.
As a partner in charge of the Rocky Mountain region for ENI Exploration Company,

throughout the upper Texas Gulf Coast region. His responsibilities involved over-seeing
both administrative and the managing of field operations including lease
acquisition, drilling, completion, and marketing of hydrocarbons. In late 1986, the company
divested and sold its Texas producing oil and gas properties. Kittler went overseas
to form a joint venture with the Republic of China (China National Oil Company)
and selected clients in South Korea (Lucky Gold Star Corporation) seeking producing
oil properties for their refinery feed stock sources.
Prior to forming Fossil Oil & Gas Management, LLC, Mr. Kittler held the position of Chairman and
Chief Executive Officer of Jurassic Companies, Inc. (“JCI”), a privately owned oil and
gas operating company specializing in the acquisition of producing properties and generating
drilling prospects in the upper Texas Gulf Coast Region for industry partners
and non-industry accredited partners. After operating for ten years under Fossil Oil &
Gas, LLC and Fossil Oil & Gas Management, LLC, Kittler formed Fossil Oil Company,
LLC to drill the Muehr #2 well in the Cooley Field, Ft. Bend County, Texas.
The Muehr #2 well’s field activities will be operated by Oblaen Resources, LLC and is
scheduled to commence drilling operations in the 1st quarter, 2010 contingent upon
